A Grateful Heart...

I start each morning with simple moments of thankfulness for anything and everything! In hard times, which we All have, you know the difficult ones that really suck...well, there is typically a lesson we need to learn.
Yes, these challenges in our lives are not very fun...and it is wise if you can stop in the middle of the storms in your life and ask yourself the question..."what can I learn from this?" maybe even ask God to show you the reason...it may take some time before it all makes sense... but in time, things most always fall into place like they should...and you are shown the "why"
It has happened to me...you know that in hindsight...aha moment, where you realize if things had gone differently then the outcome would have been a possible nightmare!
You would be surprised how asking yourself that simple question "What can I learn from this?" ...it just may change your mindset, in a positive way!
Playing victim is never a good place to be or stay...we all play that role at one time or another...what I can tell you about people who stay stuck in the victim mentality, they will never grow to a mature spiritual level and they limit the potential they possess to thrive in life...and, they are probably driving people away from them. A person who plays victim constantly, has a very heavy energy around them and are really not that fun to be around. So do not be that person.
The madness we humans must go through at times can take us to depressing places in our heads and hearts...questioning the meaning of basically everything!...questioning why does God allow certain things to happen?
It is all natural and I almost think that God likes to be questioned!!! What works for me during the hard times is to choose my Faith in God... I know that I will not understand everything that happens in my life, but God does...and I cannot see the reason right now, but I trust and hope, there is good that will come from whatever happens...in the future.

Remember our minds are super powerful and the thoughts we think affect everything about us! Our thoughts we think control the emotions we feel, our health, how we treat other people as well as how we treat ourselves which is most important! (it took me many years to realize it is Not selfish to love yourself first, be good to yourself always!) Then you can give to the world the best of you!
Having a grateful heart equals having feelings of joy and peace which in turn makes it easier to look at things differently...in a more positive light. It also helps in the surrendering to the God within us and have a knowing that all is as it should be and Gods got this! You do not have to worry...about...nothing!
Remember to...
Choose Faith and...Always Love xo
